Clock stops after 9.0-RELEASE upgrade
Some older VMs may see that their clock quickly stops working after upgrading to 9.0-RELEASE from older versions of FreeBSD rendering the VPS unusable.
This is a result of the tickless kernel implemented into 9.0-RELEASE which can be turned off by doing the following:
# sysctl kern.eventtimer.periodic=1
To make this change permanent add 'kern.eventtimer.periodic=1' to /etc/sysctl.conf.
Please open a support ticket if you are still having issues.
